The romantic Linden Belvedere is nestled in the picturesque gardens of Rowton Castle. It is surrounded by the most glorious Shropshire countryside, wildflower and a towering avenue of lime trees; it is the perfect outdoor setting. Licensed for outdoor weddings of up to 110 people, you can choose to exchange your wedding vows during a civil ceremony, conducted within the Linden Belvedere itself as guests watch on from the terrace.

The name Linden Belvedere was chosen for its rich and meaningful etymology. ‘Linden’ means lime tree; which we know as a lovers rendezvous point (but also a sign that all is well), while ‘Belvedere’ means a structure commanding a fine view… We could think of no better name for our stunning outdoor wedding venue.

As the sun sets on the castle and grounds, the fire pit and blankets can be arranged whilst your guests to toast marshmallows, chat to the chef at the Terrace Grill, enjoy a gin or craft beer from the Garden Bar or light sparklers for a great photographic opportunity. All this before dancing the night away to finish in style.
